I recently ditched my Ferrari (I just love saying that!) and replaced it with a Thinkpad. Couldn’t be happier! Not the X300 of course, that’s way out of my price range.

Okay, that may be a tiny bit exaggeration, but a top 10 finish definitely deserves to be celebrated! Certainly not bad for a team just 4 races old!!

Of course, pretty much the only reason they finished so high up was because of all the retirements around them, but that’s racing and having a car that can last the distance and a driver who doesn’t make too many mistakes, even if he’s not as fast as some of his younger rivals, does count for something.

The long duel between Fisi and Heidfeld was especially entertaining. Although Heidfeld showed the true colours of his BMW as soon as he managed to pass.. lapping a good 2 seconds faster than Fisi.

Apart from that.. what a race! A spectacular, and thankfully harmless, crash, plenty of disappointing retirements and a second consecutive Ferrari 1-2, just like I had hoped!

Honda got their first points of the season, Force India almost got their first point ever, and Sato’s Super Aguri was running in 9th at one point in what could be the last race for the team. That was before Rosberg’s retirement, I think, and just imagine what would have happened if they had managed to hang on and grab that point!
